This is something useful, in case you are bored and you wish to get Jewelcrafting for your main or any lvl50+ alt on the same day that you install TBC.
There are two different guides for the 1-300 grind, using slightly different materials.
- 1-300 path 1:
- 80 Rough Stone (4 stacks)
- 160 Copper Bars (8 stacks)
- 40 Malachite (2 stacks)
- 20 Tigerseye (1 stack)
- 80 Bronze Bars (4 stacks)
- 80 Silver Bars (4 stacks)
- 80 Shadowgem (4 stacks)
- 80 Heavy Stone (4 stacks)
- 120 Gold (6 stacks)
- 15 Jade (.75 stacks)
- 50 Mithril Bars (2.5 stacks)
- 60 Solid Stone (3 stacks)
- 45 Truesilver Bars(2.25 stacks)
- 30 Aquamarine (1.5 stacks)
- 40 Flasks of Mojo (2 stacks)
- 160 Dense Stone (8 stacks)
- 20 Star Rubies (1 stack)
- 100 Mithril Ore (5 stacks)
- 200 Thorium Bars (10 stacks)
- 250 Thorium Ore (25 stacks)
- 1-300 path 2:
- Copper Bars 240
- Bronze Bars 120
- Iron Bars 40
- Mithril Bars 60
- Thorium Bars 255
- Gold Bars 110
- Truesilver Bars 30
- Malachite/Tigerseye 30
- Lesser Moonstone 30
- Shadowgem 100
- Jade 35
- Citrine 40
- Star Ruby 45
- Aquamarine 35
- Large Opal 40
- Azerothian Diamond 20
- Huge Emerald 20
- Flask of Mojo 50
- Large Fang 10
Both paths work apparently, so the choice is up to you. ;-)
As soon as TBC comes out, the mining nodes of the old world will be swarmed by people with Jewelcrafting/Mining and AH prices for gems will be through the roof. If you plan on getting Jewelcrafting you might as well stack up on the stuff right now.
Happy grinding!
